BOOTH SPACE COST Non-Profit: Free For Profit: $10

  • Limited to 12’ x 12’ space (this is an outdoor event—Electricity is limited)
    • Exhibitors may provide their own table
  • Set Up is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
  • Tear Down begins at close of event, no later than 3:00pm
    • Exhibitor will display merchandise so that walkway is kept clear and does not intrude on any adjacent space.

  • This event will be held rain or shine. Exhibit space cost is non-refundable
  • Recue and humane organizations are welcome to bring adult dogs for adoption
  • mvPTa is an IRS 501 (C)(3) non-profit (Fed Tax ID #31-1730367)


  • Exhibitor gives mvPTa the right to use their name in the HOWL publicity and advertising—Provide logo in JPEG format for inclusion
  • Exhibitor will completely set up and have all vehicles removed from the site to their parking areas before 9:40pm p.m. During set up, exhibitors will quickly unload all materials from vehicles and move vehicles out of the unloading zone before setting up their booth.
  • Exhibitor’s space must be left clean with all trash placed in the receptacles provided.


  • Completed Vendor Application MUST BE received by Friday, August 31, 2019 to be included in the event program.
  • NOTE: You must also provide us with a PROOF OF INSURANCE for your organization with your application.
